2. Cancellation Policy
To maintain fairness and operational integrity, our refund policy is defined as follows: Refunds are eligible only if requested within 24 hours of making the payment, provided that the service process has not been initiated, documents have not been submitted, or filings have not begun. Once the service work is started — such as document review, consultation, registration filing, or compliance submission — no refund will be processed under any circumstances. After the 24-hour period, no refund, cancellation, or adjustment will be entertained for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, delay in providing documents, or dissatisfaction arising from third-party or government processing delays. All refund requests within the eligible period must be made in writing to refund@instatax.ai with complete payment details and reason for refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
3. Rights
InstaTax.ai reserves the right to refuse or cancel any service order due to technical issues, payment irregularities, or unavailability of resources. In such rare cases, a full refund will be initiated by us without deduction. By availing services on InstaTax.ai, users acknowledge and agree to the above refund terms and understand that once the professional process begins, the payment becomes non-refundable.
